Description
This course offers a transformative exploration of how your relationship with money is shaped not by external circumstances, but by the thoughts and beliefs you hold about it. Rather than focusing on budgeting techniques or investment strategies, this program addresses the psychological and emotional foundations that determine how you experience financial abundance, scarcity, stress, and freedom. By examining the nature of thought and consciousness, you will gain insight into how your internal world creates your financial reality, and how shifting your understanding can lead to lasting change in how you earn, spend, save, and relate to money.
The journey begins with an exploration of the hidden beliefs and conditioning that govern your financial behavior. Many people carry unconscious assumptions about money that were formed in childhood or inherited from cultural narratives. These beliefs often operate beneath awareness, creating patterns of stress, avoidance, or compulsive earning. In the early stages of the program, you will learn to identify these limiting beliefs and understand how they shape your daily financial decisions. Through guided reflection and inquiry, you will begin to see how these thoughts are not fixed truths, but rather habits of mind that can be examined and released.
As the course progresses, you will delve into the principles of innate well-being and the nature of thought. This framework reveals that your experience of money is not determined by the numbers in your bank account, but by the way you think about those numbers. You will explore how feelings of financial insecurity arise from thought in the moment, and how recognizing this dynamic can bring immediate relief and clarity. This understanding allows you to step back from reactive financial behavior and make choices from a place of calm and insight rather than fear or urgency.
A significant portion of the program is dedicated to unpacking the relationship between self-worth and financial success. Many people unconsciously tie their sense of value to their income or net worth, leading to cycles of overwork, burnout, or chronic dissatisfaction. You will learn to disentangle your identity from your financial status, and to recognize that your worth is inherent and unchanging. This shift in perspective can profoundly alter how you negotiate, set prices, ask for raises, or pursue opportunities, as it removes the emotional charge that often distorts financial decision-making.
The course also addresses common emotional triggers related to money, such as guilt around spending, shame about debt, or anxiety about the future. You will explore how these emotions are generated by thought, and how they dissolve naturally when you see them for what they are. Rather than trying to manage or suppress these feelings, you will learn to relate to them with curiosity and compassion, allowing them to pass without dictating your actions. This approach fosters a more relaxed and resilient attitude toward financial ups and downs.
Throughout the program, practical applications are woven into the conceptual teaching. You will be guided through exercises that help you observe your own thinking patterns in real time, particularly in moments of financial stress or decision-making. These practices are designed to deepen your insight and make the principles tangible in your everyday life. You will also explore how to apply this understanding to specific financial challenges, such as negotiating salary, managing debt, planning for the future, or navigating financial conversations with partners or family members.
The later stages of the course focus on sustaining the shifts you have experienced and integrating them into your ongoing relationship with money. You will learn how to recognize when you have fallen back into old patterns of thinking, and how to gently redirect your attention back to clarity and well-being. The goal is not to achieve a perfect relationship with money, but to develop a grounded, easeful approach that allows you to navigate financial life with greater confidence and less stress.
By the end of the program, you will have a fundamentally different understanding of how money works in your life. You will see that financial peace is not contingent on having a certain amount of money, but on recognizing the nature of thought and learning to live from a place of deeper wisdom. This shift in perspective can lead to more creative, courageous, and aligned financial choices, as well as a significant reduction in the stress and anxiety that so many people associate with money. The course is designed to be accessible to anyone, regardless of their current financial situation or level of financial literacy, and offers a pathway to lasting change that goes far beyond surface-level advice.
Who this course is for:
Unfcking Your Relationship with Money is for anyone who feels stuck, anxious, or conflicted about money, regardless of their income level or financial knowledge. It is ideal for those who want to explore the psychological roots of their financial behavior, overcome limiting beliefs about abundance, and develop a more peaceful and confident approach to earning, spending, and managing money. This program is also well-suited for individuals interested in personal development, mindfulness, or the principles of innate well-being, and who are open to questioning their current relationship with money from a deeper, more reflective perspective.Instructor

About Me
I have spent over three decades exploring the nature of the human mind and sharing what I have learned with people around the world. My work is grounded in the understanding that our experience of life is created from the inside out, through the power of thought, consciousness, and mind. This simple but profound insight has shaped my approach to coaching, teaching, and writing, and it continues to guide everything I do.
I began my career as a coach and trainer in the fields of personal development and human potential, working with individuals and organizations to help them unlock greater creativity, resilience, and well-being. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with clients ranging from CEOs and entrepreneurs to artists, athletes, and people from all walks of life. My focus has always been on helping people see beyond their conditioned thinking and access the deeper wisdom and clarity that is available to all of us.
My teaching is rooted in the principles originally articulated by Sydney Banks, whose insights into the nature of mind, consciousness, and thought have had a profound impact on my life and work. I have spent years deepening my understanding of these principles and finding ways to share them in a way that is accessible, practical, and transformative. My goal is not to give people techniques or strategies, but to point them toward a deeper understanding of how their own minds work, so they can navigate life with greater ease and confidence.
I have written several books that explore these themes, and I continue to teach, speak, and coach internationally. My work has taken me across the globe, and I have had the honor of sharing stages and conversations with some of the most respected thinkers in the fields of psychology, spirituality, and human development. I remain deeply curious about the nature of consciousness and the potential for human beings to live with more freedom, joy, and creativity. My approach is grounded in humility, humor, and a genuine love for the mystery of being human.
